PSHE
Some of us will already be thinking about September. The thought of returning to school may make us feel lots of different emotions such as excited, happy, nervous, worried - just to name a few! All of these feelings are normal. Today we are going to be thinking about things we are looking forward to and things we might be worried about.
To begin, let’s read ‘The Worrysaurus’ by Rachel Bright all about setting worries free to enjoy the moment.
Once you have listened to the story, we want you to complete the task ‘My Top Five Worries’ and share these with a grown up you trust. You can also email these to us if you’d like to. After you have had a think about anything worrying you, we want you to think positive and complete the task ‘My Top Five Things I’m Looking Forward To’. You can also email these to us if you’d like!
Daily exercise
Watch and join in with the ‘PE Games at Home’ - this one is all about ball games!
Don’t forget to email us your amazing work! Have a brilliant day.

Art
As you may have seen it at the top of our page, this week we have got a different art theme called ‘Connecting Across Generations’. The whole school will be creating some amazing portraits of the people that are special to them. You might want to draw or paint someone from your family, someone you haven’t seen in a while, a friend from school or you could even paint a portrait of someone famous that you admire! Have you look at this PowerPoint for some instructions and for some ideas.
If the PowerPoint doesn’t work for you, here’s where you can get all the information too.
