Earth Art
In our art lessons, we have been exploring how to use natural materials to create pieces of art work, Take a look at our rock paintings below!
Design and Technology
In design and technology, we designed, made and evaluated our own Christmas puppets. We used felt and learnt how to use a needle and thread to create a running stitch and a cross stitch to join our puppets together.
Nativity
In December, we spent a long time learning and practising our lines for our Christmas nativity. We had so much fun performing for the whole school and our parents in a very special show. We wore costumes and sang some brilliant songs.
Boggart Hole Clough
As part of our science topic this half term, we visited Boggart Hole Clough to explore and investigate minibeasts and their habitats. We looked under logs and rocks, in the trees and in the grass to see how many minibeasts that we could find!
Computing
In our computing lessons, we have been using the BeeBots to program and test algorithms. We have thought carefully about how to give an instruction and used our de-bugging skills to solve errors.
